Guard Rails:
Guard rails are an economical way to secure inventory and protect employees from loose items falling from the gravity conveyor. We offer solid, angle and adjustable, and fixed-channel gravity conveyor guard rails.
Adjustable guard rails are manufactured with galvanized steel channel which is durable and protects against rust in moist warehouse climates and wash-down areas. The adjustable guards are simple to attach to the gravity conveyor rack frame with an underside bolt and top flange connection. They are easy to raise or lower allowing workers to respond quickly to inventory dimension changes.
Gravity Conveyor Stops:
Stops can be used along the length of the conveyor or at the end of the line. Stops can allow an operator to perform an operation with the stopped product. We offer several designs of gravity conveyor stops including angle, roller, butt-end, and both manual and air-operated blade and roller options.
Gravity Conveyor Supports:
Supports are used for supporting the conveyor in temporary applications and permanent system installations. Supports can be moveable, mounted to the floor, or hung from the ceiling.

Gravity Conveyor Gates:
Mallard offers both manual and lift-support gate assemblies for our gravity conveyor systems. Liftgates provide an efficient passthrough along a conveyor line for personnel, equipment, or vehicles. The manual gate requires an operator to raise and lower it by hand. The support liftgate is raised by an operator and then gently lowers with a release lever.
A safety latch locks the raised gate in place when in the up position, allowing safe access to or egress from the area.
