Introducing New Push-Back Rack from the Gravity Flow Experts
SOLUTIONS
FOR THE TOUGHEST APPLICATIONS
"*" indicates required fields
Leave it to the gravity flow experts to combine two reliable pallet storage solutions into one powerful, high-density storage tool. Push-back rack is traditionally a dynamic Last-In/First-Out (LIFO) system featuring wheeled enveloping carts. While it’s a popular design, conventional cart system installation can be labor intensive and is more prone to long-term wheel and cart damage.
That’s where we come in. By using durable steel skate wheel flow rails and custom-designed carts, the Mallard team has eliminated the downside of push-back rack while increasing the usability. Our new push-back cart system is lower profile than traditional cart systems and easier and faster to install – by as much as half the time! The carts and rails come pre-assembled. Just affix the push-back rails to the pallet rack beams and release the carts to flow.
Watch our installation demo video.
Our steel carts and rails are manufactured to withstand rigorous use without the typical damage that traditional carts suffer. They are durable and ensured to operate in all warehouse climates from ambient and refrigerated to freezers.

When to Use Push-Back Carts vs Push-Back Pallet Flow Rack
Mallard push-back rack cart systems are uniquely designed for standard GMA-style pallets (CHEP, etc.) with bottom cross boards. Pallets must fit squarely onto the carts and individual pallet load weights must be under 2000 lbs. Push-back cart systems are designed for 2-3-pallets deep.
If you are using non-standard pallets, require deep-lane pallet reserves and/or have load weights that exceed 2000 lbs. –the Mallard team still has you covered. Our push-back pallet flow rack can handle all those challenges and more. Push-back pallet flow rack lanes go up to 12 pallets deep and are easily converted to First-In/First-Out (FIFO) storage if inventory and processing needs change.
