Mallard powder coating services deliver professional, long-lasting results. We use a two-step process where we 1. Apply the paint coating electrostatically, then 2. Cure the painted pieces in our industrial powder coat oven. This two-step process produces a durable, scratch-resistant, hard-plastic coating that will last in all warehouse climates and against busy conditions. All our powder coat work is performed on-site at our Sterling, IL and Maquoketa, IA manufacturing facilities.
