Easy-to-Install Speed Controller for a Wide Variety of Full Roller Pallet Flow Applications
The FIBA mounting assembly is an add-on for full roller pallet flow rack featuring Ultra-Grip speed controllers. Adding the FIBA speed controller assembly creates an additional control measure for applications that require it, such as heavy or slick-surface pallets (plastic, metal) and those with limited bottom surface area. The FIBA unit is self-contained for easy mounting directly beneath the Ultra-Grip rollers --which are full-width rollers featuring a specially textured rubber coating. The rubber-coated FIBA and rubber-coated Ultra-Grip work together to add friction and slow the roller rotation, thereby reducing the pallet velocity.
The assembly consists of a metal bracket and a pre-positioned indirect-mount speed controller, ensuring accurate and fast installation between the Ultra-Grip rollers.

3 Simple Steps to FIBA Installation
- Line up the FIBA speed controller unit underneath Ultra-Grip rollers so the brake is between the two rollers.
- insert the FIBA frame into the corresponding holes on both sides of the pallet flow rack frame.
- Install the locking pins into the pre-drilled mounting assembly holes.
